Summary:

With almost 400 fewer properties for sale than this time last year, it appears Saginaw Michigan may be becoming somewhat less of a "Buyer's market", than in recent months. However there are still many foreclosure properties that may not be represented in the above statistics, which continue to effect the overall pricing structure for this market.

Homes are selling "if" they are "priced right" and actractively staged to maximize on a Buyer's first impression. Seller's need to be realistic in their expectations and motivated to sell. They should also realize that while they may not be able to sell their home for the price they would really like, chances are if they are "moving up", the home they ultimately purchase is most likey discounted by a similar percentage. Thereby effectively realizing a profitable gain in equity.

Are homes selling in Saginaw Michigan? The answer is "YES"!
